Best Places to Travel in Hong Kong with Infants

Hong Kong is often visited by tourists from all walks of life because it boasts some of the best attractions. However, it could be tough if you’ll be traveling with infants. Having a well-planned itinerary can help you have a smooth trip. Here are some of the best places in Hong Kong that you can include in your itinerary so that you and your infants will certainly enjoy:

1. Hong Kong Disneyland, Lantau Island

Even though this theme park is considered the smallest Disneyland in the world, it still gives children the chance to experience attractions similar to other Disneylands. They will surely be enthralled to witness the live performances of the main characters from The Jungle Book, The Little Mermaid, Tangled, Brave, Aladdin, and The Princess and the Frog. It has baby care facilities such as a nursing room, companion restroom, and stroller parking.


2. Ocean Park Hong Kong, Aberdeen, South Hong Kong Island


Most of the family attractions here are for toddlers and up but there are attractions for all ages as well. There are facilities and services offered by this amusement park for children. If you want to rent a stroller, there are strollers available. The rental fee for a single stroller is HK$120 per day. There are baby care rooms as well if you want to change your baby’s nappy. You can also feed your baby there comfortably.


3. Snoopy's World, New Territories This is a small theme park located on the third floor of New Town Plaza Hong Kong shopping complex. This amusement has a lot of rides and attractions suitable for children. Visitors can enjoy the 6 zones of amusement at Snoopy’s World. The zones include the Dog House Entry, School Plaza: Peanuts Academy, Boating Canal: Canoe Ride, Baseball Playground: Peanut’s Dugout, Mini Town Area: Peanut’s Boulevard, and Community Hall: Snoopy Wedding House.

4. Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, The Peak You and your infants will have the chance to meet more than 100 world’s most famous faces all in one place. This attraction has an art gallery, fashion zone, historical and national heroes, Hong Kong glamour, world premiere, kung-fu zone, K-wave zone, The Champions, music icons, animated world, gift shop, and selfie gallery. Surely, you will have fun taking pictures with your favorite celebrities like Johnny Depp, Kim Woo-Bin, and Benedict Cumberbatch.

5. Hong Kong Traditional Sail Boats, Victoria Harbour After a long day strolling around, it’s time to relax while enjoying the great view of Hong Kong aboard traditional Chinese sail boats- Duk Ling (the Hong Kong Junk) or Aqua Luna. During the evening cruise, you can admire the colorful lights of Hong Kong while eating delicious Chinese food.
